I have a suggestion. When you feed the cats, take one bowl out of the normal feeding area in a room where Rascle can't get to, and leave Little socks in there so he can eat it peace. And as much as you can, keep the two separated when engaging one in play. I have four cats, and I personally love cats, so your story in honest truth made me rather sad for poor socks. Another way to help the pain of the wackes Rascle gives Socks, is to de-claw the cat.

@MythLover; Are you kidding me?? D: Declawing is a much more cruel procedure than the occasional wallop!

Great.
I am now reading about your cats.

Edit: I agree with MythLover about feeding the cats separate. Feeding Socks in a locked room, even, might do the trick. No more worries for him (and maybe a nice place where he won't have to worry about Rascle).

And I have started feeding in a separate room, haha. x] I don't dislike my cats -that- much.

Your sibling cats are so different from mine.
*has a brother and sister*
One is retarded. And a fatty who will eat constantly until she pukes (and then some more).
But her brother still lets her eat first <3
So cute, 'cause he's so mean just about every other time.

At first, possibly, if not put under during the operation. I'm not trying to be mean, I once thought decalwing was a horrible thing, until my cousin got his seven cats decalwed, they are still normal, and I was only saying, I still disprove, I was at first going to recommend normal claw clippings , or like RadicalTrain, give Socks a special room, but to most I know, that would be considered a rather unneeded hassle, so I said none of this. Sorry if I sound rude, mean or cruel to anything, none of my cats are declawed either, despite their tendency to claw.
